Neil joined John Kaliski Architects in August 2021 as a Designer. Now a Designer II, Neil works on multi-family housing projects and has seen several through construction administration. Recently, Neil has been helping project management with observation reports and responding to RFI’s. Seeing projects come together, especially in construction has helped Neil gain better insight into predicting and anticipating any obstacles whether they be design or construction.

In 2024, Neil worked on a feasibility study for a church looking to incorporate affordable housing to their site. He designed both alternatives drawing on his experience of completing several other feasibility studies since starting at JKA.

He hopes to continue to see more multi-family projects from their inception to their completion in 2025.

A native to the greater Los Angeles area, he attended SCI-Arc, graduating in 2020 with a Bachelor of Architecture. During his education, he developed an interest in the history & theory of modernism, the social act of architecture, and procedural systems.

When not in the office, Neil enjoys spending time watching films at the cinema and exploring Los Angeles behind the wheel of his car.
