Esteban joined JKA in 2018 as an Architectural Designer. Now a Project Manager, he understands how to best meet the needs of clients, while delivering quality design. He oversees the construction administration for several multi-family housing projects at JKA and regularly conducts site visits and field observations. For these proj- ects in construction, Esteban works closely with contractors and clients to coordinate questions and solutions.
Esteban is also currently managing a carwash project located in the Valley. He is responsible for all client and consultant coordination, he looks forward to the project receiving the building permit and begin- ing construction.
In regards to both design and management, Esteban is considerate of client’s needs, adapts to budget constraints, and understands the design process is always evolving– no two projects are the same.
Esteban also has commercial experience including developing improvements to The San Fernando Swap Meet to create a sense of place and enhance the open, 30-acre site, construction administra- tion of a 7,100 square foot retail center in Rowland Heights, schematic design for a hotel in Hollywood, and pre-design services for tenant improvements to create new auto dealership and service centers in Los Angeles County.
At JKA, Esteban aims to be a resource for staff when it comes to technical, design, & professional development questions. In the upcoming year, Esteban hopes to be involved in the process of rebuilding Los Angeles after the wildfires.
