Marshall Davis III joined JKA in 2021 as a Designer and works on a wide range of projects, from tenant improvements, to multi-family, and transitional housing. Now a Designer II, Marshall works on both architecture and urban design projects at JKA. He has worked to increase visualization efforts here at the office and developed 3D models, renders, videos, and diagrams for Signal Hill’s Civic Center Master Plan. Marshall has worked on other feasibility studies including one for the City of Westminster where he developed new means and methods on Rhino for ease of manipulation and to create iterations.

Most recently on the architecture side, Marshall has helped get West Hollywood Project Homekey to plan check where it is now under construction.

Since working at JKA, Marshall has grown into a confident designer and wants to begin the process of obtaining his license in the upcoming year.

Marshall’s professional goal is to become an architect that works in his hometown and he is excited to help provide affordable housing in impacted communities around Los Angeles, specifically South LA.

He is the co-social committee chair of JKA and more importantly, the resident Dungeons and Dragons expert.
