The Return to Palm Desert

Palm Desert we’re baaack 🌞 Last week, John and Amee were given a tour by City of Palm Desert staff of the Hillside Planned Residential zoned areas of the city and braved some very narrow and steep roads. JKA is working with the city to develop guidelines that better define and provide more robust parameters for hillside development. Bonus points if you can guess what John is pointing at.
