Palos Verdes Estates Project Kick-off

On Tuesday, JKA, working with De Novo Planning Group, kicked-off a new urban design project in the City of Palos Verdes Estates. City staff guided the JKA and De Novo team on a field tour of the City’s residential areas to observe natural and architectural settings in the City, and JKA will begin developing architectural objective design standards that incorporate measurable and quantifiable criteria for landscape, sites, settings, building character, and style.
