City of Glendora Affordable Housing Design Concepts

Over the past couple months, JKA, along with EPS and the City of Glendora have developed two high-level design concepts that demonstrated the general layout, design quality and architectural style for affordable housing on a 2.17 acre site in Glendora. This conceptual design study encourages communities to imagine affordable housing in their towns. Scenario 1 shows affordable housing for larger families as a three-story, Spanish style building, while Scenario 2 shows affordable housing for special needs residents or seniors, shown as a two-story, Craftsman style building. We are proud of all the work our urban design team put into this project!
