Culver City: All Wrapped Up

3868 Sepulveda Blvd, was altered to provide transitional housing and features 38 dwelling units, each with new bathrooms and mechanical systems, a community room, offices and storage areas for the service provider, and a laundry room. The existing parking court was converted into a courtyard, creating a landscaped common area for use by the residents. Since the opening one month ago, this former motel is now occupied by formerly unhoused individuals and families. Our team learned a lot throughout this process and are very excited to have contributed to providing transitional housing in Los Angeles. Click the links below to learn more about the projects!
