El Segundo SB-9 Recommendations

JKA was tasked by the City of El Segundo to provide design recommendations that honor the built-form character of El Segundo’s single-family neighborhoods while implementing the requirements of Senate Bill 9 (SB 9), which requires cities to allow and expedite urban lot splits on a parcel in a single-family zone.
