Staff Spotlight: Armida Saspa

It’s staff spotlight day! This week’s spotlight is on one of our Senior Designers, Armida! At JKA Armida appreciates being able to work on meaningful and socially responsible projects with the JKA team. She primarily does work on the design of multi-family housing projects. Something to know about Armida is that she loves being in nature and the outdoors, whether it’s hiking, backpacking or climbing. Her favorite nature spot is Grand Teton in Wyoming and her goal is to see a bear in the wilderness. Armida’s personal hope for architecture and design is to get her architect license and have the opportunity to design a skyscraper or monument. On an industry level, she hopes for a generation of diverse, encouraging designers and architects to break down barriers to make the field more accessible.
