Signal Hill Halloween Carnival

On 10/28, JKA and the City of Signal Hill had a pop up booth at the City of Signal Hill’s Halloween Carnival to talk about possible uses for the Civic Center Master Plan! JKA got valuable community feedback and of course, passed out candy to Signal Hills’ trick-or-treaters.
