Signal Hill Design Workshop

Last weekend, JKA, Kimley-Horn, HplusF Design Lab and the City of Signal Hill held a three day workshop to develop the Signal Hill Civic Center Master Plan! The team worked with City Staff and the community to come up with three design iterations/possible uses for the Civic Center.
